<aside> Exploring the unexplained, documenting the unknown, and investigating creatures beyond conventional science

The Cryptid Field Division is dedicated to the scientific investigation of cryptozoological entities - creatures whose existence remains unverified by mainstream science. Our team of researchers, field investigators, and enthusiasts work together to document evidence, analyze reports, and conduct expeditions in search of the truth behind these mysterious beings.
First reported in Point Pleasant, West Virginia in 1966-67, the Mothman is described as a large, winged humanoid with glowing red eyes. Multiple witnesses reported encounters with this entity in the months leading up to the collapse of the Silver Bridge disaster that killed 46 people, leading some to believe the creature was an omen or harbinger of impending tragedy.
Recent sightings continue to be reported across the Appalachian region, with consistent descriptions of the entity's appearance and behavior.
